A set of electrical equipment for converting the electrical energy of solar cells and transferring it to the grid
STC "DRIVING TECHNOLOGY" provides a set of services for designing, manufacturing and supplying a set of electrical equipment for converting electrical energy generated by solar power plants and wind power plants and transferring it to the grid.
COMPOSITION OF THE KIT:
- Block-box of inverter (10 kV, 1592 kVA, IP54, UHL1) with a 6/10/35 kV switchgear, network transformer, engineering systems and automated process control system.
- Cabinets for the concentration and integration of solar panels (String boxes), with the function of monitoring the state of solar panels.
- Solar inverters up to 2 MW, both foreign and on the basis of modular frequency converters "MOMENTUM" - domestic production.
SYSTEM OF ACS TP
The supplied block-boxes are equipped with its own automated process control system, which is designed to collect information on technological parameters and the state of electrical equipment, monitor compliance with technological protections and interlocks, emergency and warning alarms.
The ASU TP receives data on the state of assemblies of solar panels from the cabinets of the association using the Modbus protocol. The process control system is built on the basis of Simatic PLC, for the input / output of signals, the distributed peripheral stations Simatic are used with a set of necessary signal modules. The PLC connection to the distributed periphery station, as well as to the inverters is carried out via the Profibus network.
ACS TP provides the ability to transfer information to the upper level for centralized dispatching of the process.
The equipment of the ACS TP is mounted in separate cabinets placed inside the block-boxes.
STC "PRIVODNAYA TEKHNIKA" LLC is ready to take part in the development, supply and adjustment of equipment for solar power plants according to the technical task of the customer, as well as to master the serial production of the required equipment at the Snezhinsk plant of special electric machines.
