NTC "Drive Technology" at INNOPROM-2026

This year, at the joint stand of the Chelyabinsk Region, our company presented a predictive analytics system for electric motors.It uses signals from current sensors and AI models to continuously monitor the condition of equipment. The solution allows for early detection of potential defects and malfunctions, predicting the time and location of their occurrence, and assessing the likelihood of failure.
The device has successfully passed laboratory tests and demonstrated high results. In the near future, the system will be put into trial operation at one of the largest enterprises in Chelyabinsk.
The system is being developed by the Drive Technology Research and Development Center in collaboration with the South Ural State University (SUSU), which allows for the integration of scientific research and engineering development to create modern solutions for the intelligent diagnostics of industrial equipment.
