Additional systems

Additional systems are designed to monitor and diagnose the operation of drilling rig mechanisms and the state of the environment.

CCTV System

It is possible to organize from 4 to 6 control points (eg behind the drilling winch, vibrating screens, mine and SVP). Images from video surveillance cameras are output to explosion-proof

19 "monitors with a square, located in the driller's cabin and in the room of the drilling master and supervisor.

Explosion-proof telephone system

Provides connection of the driller with the pump unit, cleaning unit, boiler room, with KTU and KRU, with the top worker and drilling master. In addition, some communication channels have a redundant call signaling. It is possible to organize from 6 to 10 points.

Gas control system (at 2 control points)

The system is designed to measure the level of air contamination at the rotor table, in the solution preparation block, in the vibrating unit and in the pump unit. When there is a gas contamination, measures are taken to eliminate it: at the signal of one of the sensors, the fans turn on, at the signal of the second one (when the gas concentration level reaches the maximum permissible concentration) - the general disconnection of the rig takes place.
