Advantages of implementation:

The effectiveness of managing technological processes is achieved through the use of high-tech and reliable automation tools, proprietary mathematical models and patented management methods.
Purpose of the system:- maintenance of the given energotechnological operating mode of the furnace;
- measuring the parameters of the process;
- Controlling the state of the equipment using a program stored in the controller memory.
Information functions of the system consist in informing the personnel about the position of the controlled mechanisms, the occurrence of malfunctions, the indication and recording of the parameters of energy carriers, consumables and electrical parameters of the furnace.
Structure of ACS TP
The ASUTP has a three-level hierarchical decentralized structure with a distribution of monitoring and control functions that ensures a clear structuring and simplicity of operation of the system.
Such architecture provides high reliability and performance of the maximum volume of functions in the event of failures of structural components of the system and at the same time provides centralization of the decision-making functions for managing the object.
- The first level (field) of automation is formed by sensors, actuators, controls.
- The second level of the system is built on the basis of a programmable logic controller and distributed input / output stations. Distributed I / O stations reduce all field level signals.
- The third level of the system includes an industrial workstation with a WinCC SCADA system installed. It collects information from the controller and displays the processed data on the workstation's automated workstation (AWP). Data exchange between the industrial workstation and the controller is carried out via an Ethernet network.
Modes of furnace control:
- Automatic from the central control panel (CPU) or from the control panel mechanisms 1 (PIP1);
- Remote from the central control panel (CPU);
- Local (with PIP1 and control cabinet switch voltage stages SHU PSN).
Maintenance of the given energy-technological mode of DSV furnaces is carried out by controlling the position of the electrodes and regulating the voltage at the electrodes.
