Water treatment systems
Process control system of the water treatment unit
Purpose of the system:
- measuring the parameters of the course of the technological process of water treatment;
- equipment condition control;
- diagnostics of equipment malfunctions;
- visualization of work;
- communication with related automation systems;
- control of electric drives of pumps and valves.
The automation system can be built on the basis of any modern controller (the type is determined by the customer's wishes).
The operator's workstation (AWP) is a personal computer, on which the technological state of the water treatment unit is displayed, i.e. the operating mode of the pumps, the position of the dampers, the levels in the tanks, as well as the pressure, flow and temperature of the water in the pipelines. In addition, faults are displayed and logged.
