Electric Drilling Equipment Block

In addition to the above subsystems, the Electrical Equipment for Drilling Rig Management includes:

• explosion-proof driller console (PB), designed for remote control and monitoring of parameters of electric drives of the drilling rig. From the driller's console, control, stop and emergency shutdown of the electric drives of the winch, rotor and drilling pumps are carried out. Using the control buttons, the operator can set the rotational speed of the mud pump motors and the rotary table motor, the power or torque limit, the bit force in the drilling mode, and other parameters;
• control panel for drilling pumps (PN), designed to control the drives of drilling pumps and auxiliary mechanisms of the pump unit of the drilling rig;
• Remote control panel for the emergency drive of the winch (VP), designed to control the additional drive of the drilling winch in the lifting mode of the tower;
• control cabinet for auxiliary mechanisms of the winch unit of the drilling rig (SHLB);
• a cabinet of active winch terminal blocks (ACL) with a remote information acquisition station of the microprocessor controller installed in the winch-winch unit
